Chef Louis Tikaram plus guest chefs Matt Abergel (Ronin and Yardbird in Hong Kong) and Dan Hong (Mr. Wong & Ms G's in Sydney) have made careers out of taking dishes from the streets and elevating them to new heights. At this event, they will take you on a journey of discovery to get to know the Asian countries and cuisines that have had the greatest influence on them and their cooking. The three chefs are preparing a 7 course meal served family style and bookings are open between 6pm and 9pm in the main dining room.

Tickets are $85 per person exclusive of tax and service charges and include a complimentary Chang Beer on arrival.
